Recommended Use(s): 

• Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve the symptoms associated with upper respiratory tract infections and catarrhal conditions (such as nasal congestion/buildup of excess mucous).
• Used in Herbal Medicine to help reduce elevated blood lipid levels (hyperlipidemia) and maintain cardiovascular health in adults.

Recommended Dosage: Adults 18 years and older - work up from 1 to 15 drops per day to a maximum of 15ml 3 times per day, or as directed by your health care provider.
