PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PURCHASE OF BULK COMPOUNDED PRODUCTS
Clients are required to enter into a practitioner-patient relationship to purchase bulk compounded products from Apex Botanicals.  The practitioner-patient relationship is exclusively between the Client and Apex Botanicals’ Herbalist(s).  

Herbalists are not regulated Health Care Providers in the Province of British Columbia.

By completing the site registration process and becoming a Client, you are consenting to enter into a practitioner-patient relationship with our Herbalist(s). We reserve the right to deny Client registration for any reason.

Access to bulk compounded products is limited to approved clients only and will be granted upon completion of the Health Intake Form, which is reviewed by Apex Botanical’s Herbalist(s). Product recommendations are issued based on the information provided by the Client in any communication with the Herbalist(s), including but not limited to the information provided on the Health Intake Form. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a compounded product for any reason, including but not limited to, by reason of contraindication based on information provided by the Client. Your remedy is limited to a refund of unfulfilled orders.

PURCHASE OF BULK COMPOUNDED PRODUCTS BY HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS
Health Care Practitioners who provide confirmation satisfactory to Apex Botanicals of their health care practitioner status may purchase bulk compounded products for resale to their patients, or may purchase stock products for use in compounding within their own practice. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a compounded product for any reason. Your remedy is limited to a refund of unfulfilled orders.

For all purchasers of Bulk Compounded Products, Apex Botanicals warrants that bulk compounded products purchased contain the herb, the part of the plant and the concentration of the herbal constituents as advertised. This is the sole warranty provided by Apex Botanicals.

HEALTH PRODUCTS DISCLAIMER
Apex Botanicals is not responsible for any adverse consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or erroneous information provided by the Client in any communication with the Herbalist and/or Apex Botanicals, including but not limited to the information provided on the Health Intake Form.  Further and in addition to the foregoing, Apex Botanicals does not warrant that the bulk compounded product will produce the desired effect or will be free from adverse reactions. Apex Botanicals is not responsible for any adverse reactions that might arise from the use of bulk compounded products. Apex Botanicals and / or its respective officers, directors, owners, officials, partners, partnerships, principals, employees, affiliates and other related entities, servants, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, shall not be responsible for any adverse health consequences that may arise from use of any of the information on the Website or products ordered through the Website. Information and statements regarding materials have not been evaluated by Health Canada or any other governmental or non-governmental organization. The material, information, services, and products contained on the Website are not intended to be used alone as a treatment, cure or prevention of any condition or disease.
